This 50 minute class consists of a dynamic full body workout that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening. This class will create lean muscles, improve posture, strengthen the core and will reduce the size of your hips and thighs. Most of the class is done standing – just like we live – you will notice changes in your body with consistent attendance, good nutrition and hydration and just the right amount of sleep!
