Blaze through this 30 minute athletic challenge! Get ready for High Intensity Interval Training with a twist. These classes are perfect for the busy individual that is looking for a high quality, efficient workout. In-out-done! Happy sweating! **Note, should you want to ‘stack’ classes and attend back to back bootcamps or stack your bootcamp with a Pilates mat class or another one of our amazing flex classes – go for it!! Shoes are required if you are attending a Bootcamp class in our Mat+Cycle Studio so be sure to check out that detail when you are booking your class. Bootcamps located in our Group Equipment or Fitness Studios do not require shoes.
