This is a great class for the Pilates enthusiast with a strong core, body awareness and endurance. Our 50-minute class moves you through the Full Reformer Repertoire with focus on refining your understanding and execution. You will move through all of the reformer exercises, working up a sweat and requiring a level of focus that will build strength, flexibility and joint range of motion. The repetition of the full reformer repertoire creates flow and precision that you have not experienced before. We can guarantee that you will be challenged in this class!
This class requires that you have completed Beginner and Intermediate Group Equipment.
