Jump is a Pilates based cardio exercise that focuses on efficient plyometric movements. Small classes ensure individual attention and we maximize the burn over just a 30-minute period. This class is performed in the Group Equipment studio and gives you a chance to experience the equipment side of Pilates even as a beginner.
