MOTR –  If you are looking for a movement experience that combines the power of aerobic conditioning and agility, core activation, and strength with that balance of release exercises on a foam roller our 50 minute MOTR class is a must.  Functional movement patterns will be challenged, corrected and strengthened.  This class will not disappoint! Movement On The Roller!

This class is not recommended if you are pregnant (13+weeks) or someone with inner-ear issues.
