I wasn’t abducted, but on Tuesday during Recharge Equipment I felt like my abs had been abducted. There were a couple things that honestly felt so hard on my abs that it was like I had never done an ab exercise before. And I can tell you today I know that I have some ab muscles because they were a bit on the sore side. So they definitely worked very hard – not often I end up with muscle soreness after a workout.

Signed up for my pilates week classes and am looking forward to those. Trying something new – have never done the fusion classes so I am trying one of those that week.

Excited for the new session already and this one isn’t even over yet!
