Jessica Laing
Massage Therapist

Jessica graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2022 and specializes in manual lymphatic drainage and relaxation massage. She also enjoys myofascial and deep tissue work during her massage treatments.
After spending most of her life in Battleford, Jessica moved to Saskatoon in 2018. She worked for 8 years in early childhood education, before deciding to change directions and pursue a career in massage therapy which is a perfect fit for her love of anatomy. Jessica chose massage therapy because she loved the idea of helping the body find its way back to a state of balance, whether its guiding muscles back into a more relaxed position or simply holding space for someone who needs it.
There’s a quote I love that says “your hands are an extension of your heart,” and though it was written in regards to painting, I feel that there’s no better way to describe my approach to massage therapy.
Jessica loves helping clients improve their quality of life by calming the nervous system, easing acute and chronic pain, helping heal injuries, and educating them on how to manage their conditions on their own, after and in between treatments. She also prides herself on creating a room that is a safe space for everyone whether it be in terms of pain tolerance, boundaries, or emotions coming to the surface. Jessica loves massage therapy because she can “totally geek out” about anatomy, share human connection, and pass along the true magic of self-love and self-care, all at the same time!
When Jessica isn’t with clients she enjoys gardening, hiking with her wife and their dogs, and baking (ask her about her award-winning strawberry peach pie!).
