Nadia graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2015. She is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ (R.H.N.), Culinary Nutritionist and Health Coach (INHC).
She believes that healthy food should be simple, delicious, fun and uncomplicated. The food you eat should make you feel good, not the other way around. She is driven by the mission to empower and encourage others to develop a happier relationship with food and their bodies and a healthier every day life that they love. This means stripping away the confusion and helping you discover what healthy food actually is and how you can infuse it into your lifestyle in a sustainable and enjoyable way. She hopes to help make healthy food something that you actually love instead of something that you force yourself to try and stick with.

As part of her practice, Nadia completes a full nutrition and lifestyle assessment and works together with the client using a holistic approach to develop a customized plan including personalized food and lifestyle recommendations.
