Want to learn more about Sabrina, we asked her some questions to really dive in and get to know her both inside and out of the Pilates studio!
What drew you to Lead?
I was drawn to Lead because of their deep, deep passion for movement that radiates out of everyone that is a part of the team. This is not just something that radiates from the teachers, but also the front desk staff, the clinicians and it also radiates from the clients and anyone that has any connection to Lead. Their dedication to their clientele is outstanding. Having been a client myself and having experienced the level of care, professionalism and knowledge mixed with fun and comfort while also working hard and feeling great…is a “How can I get me some more of that?!!?!!” kind of feeling that drew me in. I am so thrilled to be a part of this team and so excited to share the passion inwardly and outwardly.
What do you love most about working with Lead clients?
I love that Lead clients are so kind and want to grow and learn along with their instructors. They are dedicated and supportive of each other and everyone around them. They don’t just want to be lead down a path, they want to experience the classes and feel the movement. They are strong and inspirational. And they don’t judge, when us teachers spit out the wrong words or flub up on a cue they are gracious and laugh with us 🙂
What’s your favourite class?
My favourite class by far is Essentrics….It’s that good kind of crazy and shockingly hard full body workout without any weight…just your body, a mat and fun music! It kind of tricks your brain into thinking you are having “fun” and possibly even “dancing”!?!?!
What don’t we know about you that you want to share?
I am pretty much an open book, so I don’t know that there isn’t anything anyone doesn’t know. I definitely wear my heart on my sleeve. If there is one thing though that maybe some people don’t know is that I have a slight obsession with nutella and peanut butter, ok fine maybe its not slight 😉
Words of Wisdom?
Words of wisdom…HA! There ain’t much wisdom going on here, haha! Everything I have learned has come from my two boys. They have taught me a lifetime of lessons in the short time that I have been blessed with them thus far. But if I was to choose I would have to say that “to love no matter what” is one of the greatest guidelines in life.
