Bumping Up the Jump …

Began my fabulous long weekend at a glute-burning/leg-shaping/arm-toning jumpboard class.   This week’s 1 minute jumping intervals with hand-weights was super challenging and a great cardio workout.  I love how each week is slightly different and sneakily more challenging than the last.   I must say that the combination of jumpboard, core align and essentrics has improved my balance, body awareness, and core strength by 100%.  This has practical payoffs every single day – such as pulling weeds for 60 minutes on Saturday afternoon with no post-weeding lower back stiffness!

And by the way, 5 lbs closer to my goal, and rocking some sleeveless dresses …..
