Stephanie Langdon is a registered dietitian, blogger, food enthusiast, and wellness advocate specializing in client-centred care, prevention and performance. She is also a Certified Craving Change Facilitator.
This 3-part workshop series helps us find out why we eat the way we do and will act as a How-To to changing your relationship with food.

Written by clinical psychologist Dr. Colleen Cannon and registered dietitian Wendy Shah, Craving Change™ is the #1 cognitive-behavioural program for problematic eating in Canada. Credible and engaging, the program is ideal for weight loss, chronic disease management or for those simply seeking a healthier relationship with food.
The Craving Change™ approach will help you:
1. Understand why it’s hard to change your eating
2. Identify personal triggers for problematic eating
3. Learn to respond to your triggers differently
4. Maintain these changes
The Craving Change™ approach helps clients explore the various factors that could be triggering their food cravings and to use thinking and behavioural strategies to make healthier choices more often.
The two hour-long sessions will take place every third Sunday starting March 1, 2014 (6 hours total) and are facilitated by our registered dietitian, Steph Langdon.
This 3-part workshop series will take place:
March 1 from 2:30-4:30pm.
March 22 from 2:30-4:30pm.
April 12 from 2:30-4:30pm.
