Leaning into the ropes takes the body out of alignment with gravity causing the core stability muscles to fire. This develops integrated, whole body strength and flexibility. The pace of this 50 minute class will allow you to learn the fundamentals of movement while being challenged by the Bodhi’s design. You will enhance proprioception, improve balance and posture…..all while having lots of fun!
