Breathwork is the practice of intentionally using the breath to increase presence, re-establish a sense of connection to your body, and calm and clear the mind. During this 75-minute virtual class, Dionne will provide you with a brief explanation of what breathwork is and guide you through the breath patterns used. This class is done lying down flat and in a space where you will not be disturbed for the duration. It is also required to have your camera on throughout. This class is a great fit for anyone wanting to try breathwork for the first time or experienced breathers.
This class may not be appropriate for everyone. Please speak to your medical doctor prior to participating in this class if you are experiencing cardiovascular problems, high or abnormal blood pressure, have a history of aneurysms, have been diagnosed with epilepsy or have a history of seizures, have severe mental health or psychiatric disorders, osteoporosis, have had recent surgery, glaucoma, or are pregnant.
