This is a great class for the Pilates enthusiast with a strong core, body awareness and endurance. Our 50-minute class moves you through the Full Mat Repertoire with focus on refining your understanding and execution. You will move through all of the 45 mat exercises, working up a sweat and really keeping your mat knowledge at the forefront of your practice. We use props in this class to present you with new challenges. The repetition of the full mat repertoire creates flow and precision that you have not experienced before.
This class requires that you have completed Beginner Mat and the first 8 weeks of Intermediate Mat – at this point in your Pilates journey you have covered all of the mat exercises and you can safely do the Full Mat Rep class!
