Joseph Pilates was an inventor and his designs were brilliant. The equipment can be used with every body, whether you are an elite athlete, someone who has just decided to get your body moving again, or anyone in between. The equipment at Lead Pilates includes the Reformer, Trapeze Table and Spine Corrector. Many clients take an equipment class to accompany their mat practice.
This is a progressive class.
You are required to complete Beginner Group Equipment, prior to taking Intermediate Group Equipment.
