Your activities of daily living will be done with more intention and purpose and you will learn the true meaning of posture and core strength. Be amazed by how the subtlety of the movements we cover in class start to yield huge returns in your energy level. Props are often used in this class, so be sure you have a ball (5-7 inches in diameter), pinky or tennis ball, magic circle or belt and you will be good to go!
This class would not be appropriate for bodies with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, bulging discs, herniated discs, or osteoporosis.
