Reformer Mix

Each week we will be mixing up the core firing, glute burning, arm shaking exercises on the Reformer with a fun prop like the Pilates Arc, Magic Circle, hand weights and the Infinity Bar. Your body will get stronger, leaner and more flexible each week and the ‘fun factor’ of this class is off the charts!
No Pilates Reformer experience is necessary for this class but we do want to say that Reformer Mix would not be appropriate for anyone with osteoporosis, osteopenia, rheumatoid/osteoarthritis or disc issues (our Group Equipment Foundations class would be a perfect fit for you!).
