Thursday nights just got a bit hotter! Our hybrid Small Prop Sculpt Series of classes is the perfect way to get your full body workout in with the use of small props to add to your challenge. Each month a new small prop will be the focus of our class. We will use hand weights, the foam roller, magic circle and triad ball for a month at a time to get deep into our workouts. You are going to love all the extra ‘kick’ to your core, glutes, alignment and balance!
