Well, I’m on week 2 of physiotherapy, supplemented with healthy doses of Essentrics and Group Mat. It’s pretty darn exciting to see my ankle bones again, and my range of motion and balance improve daily. I’ve been so impressed by Lead Pilates instructors. They have all been so informative and have modified class exercises to allow me to participate effectively with a broken ankle. My healing is progressing so quickly that the physiotherapist is pretty darn impressed. Special thanks to my classmates for helping me up and down off the floor! I owe ya!
