CLINIC MANAGER

We are looking for a qualified, dedicated full time Administrative Professional to manage our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with our multidisciplinary clinic team and the rest of our administrative group to provide our clients and patients with the high-quality Lead experience that we have worked so hard to create.
  • Share our commitment to improving quality of life for our clients by making their experience with us effortless; providing them with timely information when asked, a welcoming environment when they walk through our doors and efficient closure to their time at our clinic.
  • Practitioner and team onboarding! When we bring new clinicians or administrative support members onto our team, you are a big part of making their experience great!
  • Create, update, and deliver training and documentation for our administrative team. Having clear, easy to understand processes is the first step to allowing us to create a high-level client experience.
  • Become an expert with our web-based software systems, including Jane and third-party billing portals.
  • Have a solid understanding of paramedical insurance, direct billing, workplace accident claims, and motor vehicle accident claims so that you can manage and coordinate insurance billing and payments. You will also coordinate with insurance companies as required to ensure smooth operations for the clinic and our clients.
  • Take ownership of the settings area of Jane, which includes researching and implementing feature improvements, adding and managing treatment options, and ensuring all features of our system are correct and working smoothly for our team and clients.
  • Provide leadership and support to our clients, clinic administrative team, clinicians and to Jana, our owner.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where ideas are encouraged, creating value is expected, and having a results-focused attitude is the norm.
  • Answer all phone and email inquiries from current and prospective clients and patients in a timely, professional, and informative fashion.
  • Maintain a clean environment as this is a key component of a clients’ positive experience.
  • Understand the ‘ins and outs’ of Lead’s treatments and other offerings. Getting information about clients’ goals and being able to make recommendations that results in an amazing Lead Experience.

We are looking for a qualified administrative professional who has the requisite experience and initiative to excel on our team. A great personality and serious work ethic are huge advantages in our opinion! We are also seeking someone who has at least 2 years of leadership experience at the clinic management level. You know how to deal with ‘stuff’ that comes up and thrive on problem solving, human resources management and supporting what this business is about to its very core – educating, inspiring and moving the clients and patients who choose to walk through our doors!

This opportunity includes a combination of days and evenings, as well as the odd Saturday shift. We are offering a base hourly wage ($20-$26/hr) compensation package. You will also have the opportunity to take classes at the studio at no charge.
