It’s time for Jumpboard Thaw!

Alright Lead family – it’s time to get serious. We did well with the Lead Olympics and got our bodies feeling good, but it’s time to keep that streak going. How, you ask? With Jumpboard Thaw!

The snow may not be melting today but it will hopefully melted by the time you are done your Jumpboard Thaw session! Jumpboard is a Pilates based cardio exercise that focuses on efficient plyometric movements. Melt your thighs and bum away and shed your winter layers.

  • Dates: March 17th – May 4th
  • 10 classes to be used over 8 weeks
  • Package cost $99+tax, purchase online or in studio
  • Classes are 30 minutes in length- believe us, your legs wouldn’t want it to be any longer. Perfect for pairing with another class back to back.
