Well I’m back on two feet, and dedicated to strengthening this ankle as quickly as possible. 6 days of pilates in a row – lined up this week. Nothing better than an intense Essentrics class to engage those balance muscles. Jana was in fine form this morning … and as she put it “feeling a bit obsessed with glutes”. Kind of the understatement of the year! Thank god for the pinky ball zig-zag roll out during the cool down. Speaking of pinky balls … super idea for a stocking stuffer or small gift for friends and coworkers!
