Rocking the heels … and the double hoofing!

Today is a milestone … back in heels and back to double hoofing in Tanis’s awesome Core Align class (whoot!).   My ankle is feeling stronger by the day thanks to some pretty intense pilates classes over the last 3 weeks.  Core align has done wondrous things for my ankle strength and foot alignment, booty barre has helped me so much with balance muscles and foot flexibility, and Essentrics has ensured that I am staying stretched and lengthened. Wishing I had some new lead pilates footwear for xmas to show off my “normal-sized” ankle (hint hint Santa) …
