Skiing some moguls in May!

Hello Pilates Enthusiasts:

Wow!  Have you ever attempted to get your heart rate up while laying down?  I tried my first Jumpboard class on Saturday morning and I love, love, love it.  For those of you who haven’t tried it, the jumpboard is an attachment that converts the reformer into a horizontal jumping machine.  So, while laying down, you execute a variety of jumps and pilates moves that provide a quick and efficient work-out.   It requires you to engage your core, focus on your pilates technique, and also gives you a cardio boost. For those of you who haven’t tried it, my abs are screaming today thanks to Desiree’s great instruction and some jumpboard mogul skiing.  Speaking of abs, on Friday, I buttoned up a jean jacket that did not fit over my hips a few months ago ….
