Bumping Up the Jump …

Began my fabulous long weekend at a glute-burning/leg-shaping/arm-toning jumpboard class.   This week’s 1 minute jumping intervals with hand-weights was super challenging and a great cardio workout.  I love how each week is slightly different and sneakily more challenging than the last.   I must say that the combination of jumpboard, core align and essentrics has improved my balance,…
