Hello Pilates Enthusiasts! Just like life … this week was filled with ups and downs.
Triumphs: Making good food choices on my weekend with the girls (I am becoming addicted to veggies and organic spicy guacamole) and adding a 5K and 3K hike into our sloth-like schedule.
Setbacks: Spraining my ankle (badly) on Sunday afternoon, and having to cancel my classes at Lead Pilates for a few days while I begin to heal.
The bright side is that I still lost a few pounds this week and I have extra time to lie on my Pilates roller and contemplate how to reschedule those missed classes!
