Hi Pilates Friends,
I have been enjoying a Pilates binge over the last 2 weeks as I use up my remaining Pilates classes for the session! It is such a great option to be able to reschedule classes you are not able to attend. This is just one of the many ways that Lead Pilates lives up to its reputation as one of the most client-friendly fitness spots in the city.
I have been taking full advantage of the rescheduling option by trying a variety of classes, times and instructors and doing a few back-to-back sessions to challenge myself. It has been so much fun! I have been entertained by pelvic floor stories in Core Align with Bree, enjoyed a little romantic mood lighting in Essentrics with Chrissy, rocked it out in a Katy Perry-themed Piloxing class with Jana, counted in French in a super challenging Essentrics class with guest instructor Maude, transformed myself into a graceful ballerina in Booty Barre, and attempted to balance my body on a half-roller in Jumpboard class with Jenn.
It is so true that variety is the spice of life. I find that while some routine is desirable, especially when you have a longer term fitness or weight loss journey, changing up your routine also produces some great results!
