So I may be slightly biased because I teach Essentrics but I also believe that we teach what we love and is a passion for us. Essentrics is that for me.
So what exactly is Essentrics? And what makes it so amazing?…well, let me tell you. It is a form of movement that lengthens AND strengthens your muscles at the exact same time. (Insert mind-blown emoticon!) This results in greater joint mobility and long, lean muscles. Name one person who doesn’t want that??!!!??
Essentrics is done in sequences with fun music rebalancing all of the muscle chains throughout your entire body. This is different from other exercise programs in the unique way that it tones the muscles in lengthened positions, rather than in shortened concentric movements. Part of the basic philosophy behind Essentrics is to follow the natural muscle chains in the body which create the magical rebalancing effects and overall emotional feeling of contentment. Moving smoothly the way the body naturally wants to move instead of forcing it.
